Turn ON or OFF a mode for retrieving mail messages in RFC-format.

Delphi syntax:

procedure GetMailInEMLFormat(Enabled: WordBool);

С++ syntax:

void WINAPI GetMailInEMLFormat (BOOL Enabled);

Parameters:

Enabled

if true then mail is retrieved in EML RFC format, otherwise a library uses Mailbox native format.
